Meeting Room Reservations
The Kaukauna Public Library is very pleased to be able to make meeting rooms available to individuals, groups, clubs, and organizations free of charge provided they are of an educational, or informational nature. Before filling out the room reservation form, please read the Meeting Room Use Guidelines to understand the rules and conditions for using Library meeting rooms. After reviewing your room request, the library will contact you as soon as possible.
Kaukauna Public Library Meeting Rooms:
There is free Wi-Fi internet access in every room of the library.
Conference Room ABC - Our largest meeting room with a standing capacity of 305. We have 75 chairs and 15 tables that can be set up according to group specifications. There is a sink located in Conference Room C. Conference Room ABC can be split into 3 smaller rooms to accommodate multiple groups at once. The room has a projector, microphone, conference call functionality, and speakers throughout the room.
Board Room - Seats around 15 comfortably with a large table in the middle of the room. A computer is mounted on the wall for presentational purposes. Patrons can plug a laptop into the computer to show the contents of the laptop on the larger screen.
Kaukauna Public Library Study Rooms:
Any patron who signs in and leaves an item at the front desk (ie. ID, keys, library card, etc.) may use our study rooms. Items are returned upon signing out of the room. All rooms have a single table in middle of the room.
Study Room A - Seats 6 people.
Study Room B - Seats 4 people.
Study Room C&D - Seats 2 people each.
