Summer Reading Program 2017

The Kaukauna Public Library offers four summer reading programs: preschool (ages 0-4), school-age (grades K-5), teen (grade 6-12) and adult, which run from June 12th-August 14th. Youth receive reading logs with weekly activities that promote reading, writing, art, math and science. Completed activities earn prizes and entries into drawings.  Registration for youth programs is no longer necessary and reading logs can be picked up at the Library starting May 22nd.  Grand prize drawings for youth that finish the program include a giant stuff animal (preschool), stunt marble maze set (school-age) and an Arduino robot (teen).  Registration for the adult reading program begins on May 22nd.  Adults simply write down what they read (books, audiobooks, newspapers, magazines) on drawing slips for entry into weekly prize drawings and the grand prize drawing for an Amazon Tap.
