FRIENDS OF THE KAUKAUNA PUBLIC LIBRARY

Friends of the Kaukauna Public Library

Friends are advocates for libraries.  Friends’ membership fees, donations and fundraising efforts provide grants to the Library for programs, materials, technology, services and special projects.  Friends’ volunteerism allows Library staff to perform their duties with more attention.

What do Friends do?

Friends of the Library can hold office in the organization, assist & run book sales, fundraise, and volunteer.  As a volunteer, Friends would have the opportunity to adopt a shelf, help shelve, volunteer on local history projects, help with landscaping and assist with programming.

To volunteer, please click HERE to fill out this form and return it to the library.

What are the Benefits of being a Friend?

Memberships provide an important service to the community and to an organization that has been at the heart of this City for over 100 years.
Members get to preview books sales early, pay half price on sale books year round, attend our annual Friends appreciation party, and receive Library newsletters.

How do I become a member?

To become a member, please fill out the brochure available at any Library service desk. A two year membership is $10, six year for $20 or a lifetime for $100.
For more information, please email Ashley at athiem-menning@kaukauna.gov or call (920) 766-6340 EXT. 8.

How else can I help?

Some companies offer employee gift matching incentives, matching your donation to nonprofit entities.  Check with your employer to see if they offer this incentive!
